Before founding Cogent, Michael spent years managing more than fifty rental properties.
Along the way he hired electricians, plumbers, HVAC companies, landscapers and pest control companies.
While some were excellent, too many shared the same problems.
Calls weren’t returned.
Appointments were missed.
Communication disappeared after the quote.
That experience shaped how Cogent would eventually operate.
